Return Policy

If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to johanaddesigns@hotmail.com

Customers have 30 business days from the delivery date to return item(s) for store credit.

• We DO NOT provide refunds.
• All shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Please wait for online approval before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.
• Johana D Designs is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable.
• Returns will only be processed once we receive the package. 
  
• Johana D Designs reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.

Please understand that these measures are taken out of precaution, for the safety of our customers. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, so we will always do our best to fulfill your requests according to our standards at Johana D Designs.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
